AzorAI LLC provides an AI-powered receptionist, communications, scheduling, and business management platform for service businesses. These Terms of Service explain the rules that apply when you access or use AzorAI.

Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using AzorAI, you agree to these Terms on behalf of yourself or the business or organization you represent. If you use AzorAI for a business, you confirm that you have authority to bind that business to these Terms.

If you do not agree to these Terms, you may not use the Service.

Service Description

AzorAI provides an AI receptionist, dashboard, website chat widget, scheduling tools, call routing, knowledge base management, analytics, support tools, and related business workflow features for service businesses.

AzorAI acts as a technology provider. Customers are responsible for their business operations, customer relationships, service decisions, staffing, pricing, scheduling policies, and the content and configuration they provide to AzorAI.

Customer Responsibilities

You are responsible for your account, users, business content, phone forwarding setup, AI instructions, knowledge base content, calendar settings, email settings, routing rules, and how AzorAI is used with your customers and visitors.

You are responsible for providing required notices and obtaining required consents for AI-assisted calls, website chat, email communications, calendar scheduling, and any other workflows you enable.

No Emergency or Safety-Critical Use

AzorAI is not an emergency service, dispatch center, medical service, legal service, or safety-critical system. You must not rely on AzorAI for emergencies, urgent safety issues, or situations where failure, delay, or incorrect information could cause harm.

You are responsible for maintaining appropriate human monitoring, fallback procedures, emergency instructions, and business escalation paths.

AI Limitations

AzorAI uses automated systems that may misunderstand callers or visitors, provide incomplete responses, make scheduling mistakes, fail to complete an action, or be affected by third-party, network, or configuration issues.

You are responsible for reviewing your configuration, monitoring outputs, correcting inaccurate business information, and deciding whether AzorAI is appropriate for a given use case.

Lawful Use and Communications Compliance

You must use AzorAI only in compliance with applicable laws, including laws governing telephone calls, artificial or automated voices, telemarketing, consent, privacy, advertising, consumer protection, and do-not-call requirements.

You may not use AzorAI for spam, deceptive practices, unlawful robocalling, harassment, fraud, unauthorized communications, or any activity that violates law or third-party rights.

Third-Party Services

AzorAI depends on third-party providers for hosting, database services, authentication, voice calling, payment processing, email delivery, AI, transcription, monitoring, and integrations. Third-party outages, limitations, policy changes, or account issues may affect the Service.

Your use of connected third-party services may also be subject to their terms, policies, and account requirements.

Integrations and Connected Accounts

If you connect Google, Microsoft, or another supported integration, you authorize AzorAI to access and use that connected account only as needed to provide the features you enable, such as checking availability, syncing appointments, creating or updating calendar events, sending configured emails, or displaying connected-account information.

You are responsible for the permissions you grant, the accounts you connect, and the accuracy of data in connected services. You may disconnect integrations through the platform or through the provider account settings where available.

Phone Numbers and Call Routing

AzorAI may provide or configure phone numbers, forwarding instructions, or call routing features. Unless separately agreed in writing, phone numbers made available through AzorAI are provided for use with the Service and are not sold to you.

Trial, demo, inactive, unpaid, released, or misconfigured numbers may be reclaimed, disabled, or reassigned. You are responsible for forwarding your own business phone lines correctly and testing call routing before relying on it for live business operations.

Customer Content

You retain ownership of content you provide to AzorAI, including business information, knowledge base articles, service details, AI instructions, call transcripts, chat messages, appointment details, uploaded materials, and other customer-provided content.

You grant AzorAI a limited, worldwide, non-exclusive license to host, process, transmit, display, and use your content as needed to provide, secure, support, maintain, and improve the Service.

Acceptable Use

You may not misuse AzorAI, interfere with the platform, attempt unauthorized access, reverse engineer the Service, abuse trials or demos, upload unlawful or infringing content, collect data without the necessary rights, or use AzorAI to make deceptive claims or provide regulated advice without appropriate professional oversight.

Subscriptions, Trials, Billing, and Overages

Paid plans are billed through Stripe. Plans may include base subscription fees, included usage, metered overage charges, and separate voice or chat plan components. Trial plans may have time, usage, feature, minute, or message limits.

Upgrades, downgrades, cancellations, proration, payment-method updates, and billing details may be handled in AzorAI or through the Stripe Billing Portal. You are responsible for all charges incurred under your account, including applicable overages and taxes.

Some plan changes may take effect immediately, while others may take effect at the next billing cycle or be restricted during a trial. Billing behavior shown in the dashboard, checkout flow, or Stripe Billing Portal controls for your specific plan unless we agree otherwise in writing.

Cancellations and Refunds

You may cancel through the billing flow where available or by contacting support. Unless required by law or expressly stated in a separate written agreement, fees are non-refundable and cancellation stops future renewals rather than refunding prior charges.

Access may continue until the end of the paid billing period unless the account is terminated or suspended for violation, nonpayment, abuse, security risk, or another reason permitted by these Terms.

Seller, Demo, and Beta Features

Seller tools, demo sessions, trial workspaces, beta features, and preview features may be limited, modified, suspended, or removed at any time. These features may not be suitable for production use unless AzorAI says otherwise in writing.

Commission, referral, seller, or partner arrangements may be subject to separate written terms. If separate terms apply, those terms control for the specific seller or partner relationship.

Privacy and Data

AzorAI's Privacy Policy explains how information is collected, used, shared, and retained. By using the Service, you agree that AzorAI may process data as described in the Privacy Policy and as needed to provide the Service.

Suspension and Termination

AzorAI may suspend or terminate access for nonpayment, security risk, unlawful use, abuse, violation of these Terms, third-party provider restrictions, or risk to the platform, other customers, callers, or visitors.

You may stop using the Service at any time. Upon termination, your right to use the Service ends, but provisions that by their nature should survive will continue to apply.

Disclaimers

The Service is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. AzorAI does not guarantee uninterrupted service, error-free operation, perfect AI accuracy, successful call completion, successful appointment booking, or availability of third-party services.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, AzorAI disclaims all warranties, whether express, implied, statutory, or otherwise, including implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, title, and non-infringement.

Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, AzorAI will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, exemplary, lost-profit, lost-revenue, lost-data, business-interruption, or reputational damages arising from or related to the Service.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, AzorAI's total liability for all claims relating to the Service will not exceed the amounts paid by you to AzorAI for the Service during the three months before the event giving rise to the claim.

Indemnification

You agree to defend, indemnify, and hold harmless AzorAI and its officers, directors, employees, contractors, and agents from claims, damages, losses, liabilities, costs, and expenses arising from your content, your customers, your configuration, unlawful communications, violation of these Terms, misuse of the Service, or failure to obtain required rights, notices, or consents.

Changes to These Terms

AzorAI may update these Terms from time to time. If we make material changes, we will post the updated Terms or provide additional notice where appropriate. Continued use of the Service after the updated Terms become effective means you accept the updated Terms.
