By accessing or using AzorAI, you agree that you are responsible for complying with all applicable laws and regulations, including those related to telephone calls, SMS messaging, and consent requirements in your jurisdiction.

Service Description

AzorAI acts as a technology provider and processes communications on behalf of its customers. The platform includes AI voice agents, appointment scheduling, knowledge base management, embeddable chat widgets, and analytics. Customers are responsible for the content of calls and messages sent or received through the platform.

Account Responsibilities

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials, including API keys. You agree to notify us immediately of any unauthorized use of your account. AzorAI is not liable for any loss resulting from unauthorized access to your account.

Third-Party Providers

AzorAI may use third-party providers, including Twilio, to deliver voice and messaging functionality. Use of the platform is also subject to the terms of these third-party providers where applicable.

Subscription and Billing

Paid plans are billed on a monthly basis. You may upgrade, downgrade, or cancel your subscription at any time. Changes take effect at the start of your next billing cycle. Overage charges, if applicable, are billed at the end of each month.

Intellectual Property

All content, features, and functionality of the AzorAI platform are owned by AzorAI LLC. Content you upload (knowledge base articles, business information) remains your property. You grant AzorAI a license to use this content solely for the purpose of delivering the service.

Disclaimer of Warranties

AzorAI provides the service on an "as is" and "as available" basis without warranties of any kind, express or implied. We do not guarantee that the service will be uninterrupted or error-free.

Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, AzorAI LLC shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of the platform.

Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account if you violate these terms. You may terminate your account at any time by contacting support. Upon termination, your right to use the service ceases immediately.
